This is an exciting opportunity to join a small growing polish branch of the international company EFD Induction specialized in producing induction heating generators with its headquarter in Norway.
We are currently looking to recruit highly motivated and efficient individual to manage the day to day running of our office/ warehouse.
Primary tasks are:
• Managing and processing customer orders
• Planning and generation of purchase orders
• Stock management
• Export, import paperwork management
• Liaising with suppliers, customs agencies, freight providers
• Preparation of monthly reports to our headquarter in Norway
• Invoicing
• Keeping books

Our expectations:
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel
• Working knowledge of software SYMFONIA
• Graduate degree in accounting

We offer:

• Work in a friendly atmosphere
